Cancellations

We can cancel an order and refund you in full only before it goes into production. Once printing has started we can't stop it, because your shirt is already being made for you.

To request a cancellation

Email harshal.quotees@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout. Writing sooner gives us a better chance; orders usually go into production fairly quickly, often within a day.

What happens next

• If your order hasn't entered production, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method. We'll email you to confirm.
• If it has already entered production, we can't cancel. You'll still be covered if there's a misprint or damage (see Returns & exchanges).
• Refund timing: after we issue the refund, expect it on your statement in about 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Some refunds issued very soon after purchase simply appear as the original charge disappearing.

Changing an order

We can't edit orders once placed (size, color, address). If production hasn't started we can cancel and refund so you can place a new order; the address may sometimes be corrected if caught in time.
